Fully-automatic Rotary Swaging Pointing Machine
The machine is special accessory products of steel pipe before automatic swaging and low labor intensity.
The model is forging type swaging that could mostly save the materials with the principle of forging extension of metal material, compared with the same length and specifications of the extrusion head operation and (or) rolling head operation.
After swaging, the head is the small hollow cylinder which has the same center with the pipe, the through hole in the middle is easy for pickling the inner wall, and the head’s strength is high, the jaw clamping is well.
With fast rhythm, about 10-15 seconds to complete an automatic swaging.
